MetalCoat is a universal rust inhibitor coating for metal substrates. In addition, it’s an excellent anti-corrosive coating for abrasive blast-cleaned steel and protects surfaces in coastal, humid, and generally corrosive environments.

MetalCoat is a single-pack waterborne coating available in 5 L and 20 L. Once the substrate is prepared as above, apply the product by spray or brush. In addition, follow the recommended drying times before overcoating.
MetalCoat is touch dry within one hour at 23°C and dry to handle within four hours at the same temperature. It should not be applied in wet weather conditions or temperatures below 10°C or if the temperature might fall below that within four hours following the application.
